Kefallinia beat today Egmond to stay on top of the table in group C, with six points out of six. The match was fairly more balanced than what the final score may reflect. Indeed, despite the Hellenic got 2-0 ahead in the beginning of the second period, Peereboom cut the distance for Egmond shortly afterwards, what got the Dutch struggling during the remaining time for an equalizer that finally never came. Instead, Kefallinia hit twice again in the last seconds to seal their second victory in the tournament.

Η ομάδα μας, ο ΑΟ ΚΕΦΑΛΛΗΝΙΑ πέτυχε και δεύτερη θριαμβευτική νίκη στο Euro Winners Cup 2013 σήμερα έναντι της Ολλανδικής B.C. Egmond με σκορ 4-1. Τα γκολ πέτυχαν οι Αμανατίδης (2), Παπασταθόπουλος και Νικολάου με καταπληκτικό τελείωμα από τη μία εστία στο γάμα της άλλης.
